SHIPPING & RETURNS
The Konjac Sponge Company Australia aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If your order is received over a weekend or public holiday, the parcel will be dispatched the next working day. All Australian orders are sent by Australia Post.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you wish to return goods to us, please contact us. Quote your name, address, contact number, email address, items you wish to return and your order number. The cost and responsibility of the return postage will be yours. We therefore recommend you ask for proof of posting from the post office.
Upon receipt, all goods will be examined. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 15 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Any refund will be made in the same payment method as the order was received.
